Job Description:

An administrative assistant to one of the company executives.

    Must be very organized, with attention to detail. Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) managing and performing the following tasks/duties for the executive:
  • to-do list,
  • at times answer emails on the executive's behalf,
  • keep the executive's calendar & schedule (including assisting with meeting schedule),
  • assist with timely meeting preparation (including discussion topics) and follow-up,
  • assist with various projects

Mortgage or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Description:

Summary

Customer Service Representative engaged in handling customer telephone inquiries and complaints by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following):

  • Responsible to assist all customers (Lenders / Borrowers / Brokers).
  • Attend ongoing meetings with SLS customer service associates.
  • Assist SLS Receptionist when needed.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding mortgage accounts.
  • Research customer complaints or concerns and corrects or adjusts records, as needed.
  • Notate customer account, via entering conversation notes into servicing software system on computer.
  • Assist in referring customers to appropriate SLS associates (i.e. different departments within SLS).
  • Respond to customer correspondence (via email, outbound calls, letters), types letters, prepares forms, and other documents as needed.
  • Examine documents such as deeds, assignments, and mortgages, to verify that all documents are correct as needed.
  • Coordinate and process customer payments.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 5 years related mortgage experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Candidate must speak English, and bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus.
