Loan Servicing Onboarding Specialist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $23 – $30/hour
Full-Time

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the onboarding and servicing of mortgage loans. This role requires a strong understanding of mortgage documentation, accurate data entry, payment application, and quality control review to ensure loans are set up and maintained with precision and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter data from mortgage documents to onboard new loans accurately and on time.
- Ensure all required documents are received, properly labeled, and attached to loan files.
- Process loan funding, including payment application, trust ledger setup, and escrow analysis.
- Reconcile incoming title checks and wires, and apply payments accurately.
- Conduct quality control reviews to verify accuracy of loan setup, funding details, and document filing.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or compliance issues in loan data and documentation.
- Complete QC checklists and ensure all documentation meets servicing standards.
- Communicate with clients to obtain missing documents and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Send Welcome Letters and setup documents to borrowers and lenders.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of mortgage loan documents and their structure.
- High level of accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping.
- Experience with payment application and escrow analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
