In 4 Easy Steps
We value your time, that’s why we’ve made it easier to service your loans. Follow these simple steps, while our knowledgeable Customer Service Team will be ready to answer any questions that you may have. We understand the importance of servicing your loans accurately and reliably.
1. Complete Loan Boarding Package
Download and complete the New Loan Boarding Package. This process will ensure you know what to expect during the boarding process.
3. Welcome Emails & Lender Guide
Once your loan information has been loaded, we will send you a Lender Welcome Email and the Master Service Agreement (MSA, along with our Lender Guide and Quickstart Guide to help you and your team familiarize yourself with our workflow. We will also be sending a Welcome Email to your borrower letting them know that we will be servicing their loan on your behalf.
2. Submit Documents
Submit completed Loan Boarding Package with all required forms and documents (see below) to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will review and load your loan information into our system.

SLS Servicing Order Form
including any applicable Addendum, amendment, or modification to the Note.
Deed of Trust or Mortgage
Final Closing Statement / HUD
Title Insurance Policy
and any subsequent endorsements
UCC Documents (UCC-3)
Assignment of Contracts (if applicable)
Assignment of Rents (if applicable)
Assignment of Leases (if applicable)
IRS W9 - Lender(s) and Borrower(s)
Lender ID form
Insurance Declarations Page or EOI/COI
Estimated Escrow Analysis, if applicable
Impounded Escrow Sheet
for multiple properties, if applicable
Borrower Information / 1003
Most Recent Tax Bill, if applicable
