What to do to Prepare for the Launch:
FOR LENDERS
Lenders will be sent an email invitation to validate their accounts. The email will be sent from noreply@superiorloanservicing.com (please check your JUNK email filter). Follow the instructions for onboarding to transition to LoanlinQ.com Once you have completed the process, your access to the old online portal will cease, and all your loan account information will now be in LoanlinQ.
Lenders have until May 12, 2025 to transition to LoanlinQ.
FOR BORROWERS
Borrowers will need to login to the old online portal https://servicing.loans/ and they will be prompted to transition to LoanlinQ. Once they have moved their account to LoanlinQ they will no longer be able to access the old online portal.
