* Example: For a loan at $700,000, the monthly fee per lender, per loan is $43.75.

** Example: For a loan at $3,000,0000, the monthly fee per lender, per loan is $162.50.

*** Impound servicing requires that all taxes and insurance should be current and paid. A copy of an Estimated Escrow Analysis and a 2-month cushion for taxes and insurance is also required.

**** Loans that are delinquent for 45 days (over 120 days for owner-occupied non-business purpose loans) or past the maturity date without a discernible exit strategy in place.
