Start New Loan Servicing
In 5 Steps

We value your time; that’s why we’ve made it easier to service your loans. We’re here to make onboarding process simple, efficient, and transparent. Follow the steps below to begin servicing your loans with confidence:

PLEASE NOTE: Superior Loan Servicing specializes in servicing non-QM (Non-Qualified Mortgage) loans inteded for BUSINESS PURPOSES (Rehab, Fix and Flip, Construction, Commercial, Vacant Land, etc.). We do NOT service owner-occupied primary residential loans or consumer-purpose loans. A Certificate of Non-Owner Occupancy and a Declaration of Business Purpose will be needed to board your loans.

1. Schedule an Introductory Call

Before we begin, we’ll schedule a call to review your loan types and structures. This allows us to confirm your loan are compatible with our servicing platform and ensures a smooth setup process.

3. Boarding Orientation

You’ll meet key department managers during your boarding orientation. This session will walk you through how the loan boarding process works, outline servicing expectations, and give you a direct line of communication to the teams supporting your loans.

5. Access LoanlinQ

Once your loan is boarded, you’ll be able to use LoanlinQ to view your dashboard, loan activity, reports, and more.

2. Complete the New Lender Forms

Once approved, you’ll receive a set  New Lender Setup FormW9, and the Master Servicing Agreement (MSA).  The MSA must be signed before any loans can be boarded.

4. Lender Hotline & Review the Lender Guide

With your lender setup complete, you’re ready to submit your first loan. Be sure to review our Lender Guide servicing policies and procedures. To get support please use our Lender Hotline – 818-797-5838.
